This website is operated by VELQOXA LTD, company registration number 17496932 (“we”, “us”). For the information described on this page, VELQOXA LTD is the controller: it decides how and why your information is used.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name (required);
• your email address (required);
• your business or organisation name, if you provide it (optional);
• the help you need, if you choose an option from the list (optional);
• and your project details or message (required).

We do not ask for phone numbers, budgets or deadlines through the form.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website, may process technical information such as your IP address and information about the requests your browser makes. This is needed to operate and protect the website.

• To read your enquiry, respond to you, and discuss your project.
• To keep the website running and secure.
• To reduce automated spam submissions through the enquiry form.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered to hello@velqoxa.com and reviewed by VELQOXA LTD. Web3Forms processes each submission so that it can be delivered to us.

We use your enquiry to respond and to talk about your project. If we later agree a contract with you, we use the information needed to carry out that contract.

• Responding to enquiries: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)).
• Spam protection: our legitimate interest in keeping the enquiry form usable (Article 6(1)(f)).

General enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless you become a client or the information needs to be kept longer for contractual, accounting, legal or regulatory reasons.

Technical information processed by Cloudflare is kept only for as long as Cloudflare's configuration for this website retains it, and is used only to operate and secure the website.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the website and the enquiry system:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website and may process technical information as described above.
• Web3Forms, which processes contact-form submissions so they can be delivered to hello@velqoxa.com.

Cloudflare is a US-based company operating a global network, so information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Transfers are covered by the data protection terms Cloudflare provides, which include safeguards for international transfers. Web3Forms may also process contact-form submissions outside the UK; its own terms set out how it handles them.

We do not use advertising trackers.

We will use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic analytics, to understand in aggregate how the website is used, such as the pages visited. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Apart from that, the website does not currently use non-essential cookies. If we introduce any other analytics, advertising or non-essential tracking, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
• ask us to delete your information in some circumstances;
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;
• ask for your information in a portable form, where this right applies; and
• withdraw consent, where we rely on consent.

To use these rights, contact us at contact@velqoxa.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within one month, as UK GDPR generally requires.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
